I think the concept of a Stay Interview is refreshing and wise. This could easily be woven into a yearly evaluation process (combined or separate). I participated in an exit interview years ago where it felt so good to finally share how things could be improved, and in my head was thinking the whole time why didn't anyone ask me these questions 2 years ago?
