On point and beyond that the secret code to the word scramble and secret handshake needs to be called out. If one was auditioning for a play, they would read the script in advance or at least be given the " sides" to read. This " guess what I'm thinking" game is for Kreskin and he could bend spoons with his mind( haha) ... I have not yet seen that skill or ability needing to be demonstrated in an interview.
I can understand why asking about the "biggest mistake" could be a problem, but I will never understand how providing questions in advance is a legal issue.
